Inventory Software Updates for June 2015 Released by iMagic Software
New York, NY-6/24/15. New update release has been announced for iMagic's inventory management software in June. Version 4.77 highlights updates on reports and other various features with various bug fixes and database updates to version 51.
Current updates include updates for inventory or receive stock feature that now records any new receivable items. The reporting feature can then include this on history to make for easy retrieval. Back orders can now also be easily marked up for all customers. This update includes a list of items currently under back order for that particular customer or when creating new customer orders. Balance calculations on the other hand are now added in the Customer Statement Reports. Total Sales reports now also include new variables particularly the warehouse, location and category variants.
"The database for our inventory software is now also updated to version 51 with the last update being in April. We have been introducing month by month updates to our main software since January 2015 to provide our customers with the best value even at affordable prices. Much like any updates, the highlighted ones last May are also suggested by a lot of people and real users who come to our forums to enlighten the community about issues they experience and possible solutions that our developing team can help create. Jurgen has suggested the balance calculation add on, Dan and Ray for the back orders, and Elizabeth Reeme for the item recording on receive stocks," proclaims Jon Walker, official company representative for iMagic Soft. April updates included a change on the Default Item Tax Rate for when creating invoices for customers. This becomes helpful if guests request for tax rates and deductions for their stays as supplied by different organizations like the government, even state or overseas tax. This feature is automated and suggested by Roger Kozlowski. New updates will be released in the coming months.
