The new version builds on the existing version to help better maintain system performance. The product runs on Microsoft Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10 and is available for $24.99. Install Monitor works by monitoring what resources such as file and registry are created when a program is installed. It then allows you to manage/remove the program similar to the way phone store apps work. It is designed to reduce the impact of programs on system performance/reliability. The new version includes better usability and faster UI updating. One key feature is the ability to set a program to run “on demand.” For instance, a program that usually runs in the background can be started only when needed instead of running all the time.
