August Update for iMagic Inventory Software with Time Saving Focus
New York, NY-8/10/16. New update release has been announced for iMagic's Inventory Software in August. announces newest update for its inventory software for the month of August. Version 5.4 aims at a time saving feature and new invoice style.
Current updates include editing an existing invoice, business rules can mean changes to pricing while the order is being placed. This time saving feature can allow the existing item pricing to be updated bypassing the manual process of removing and re-adding items. Discounts based on ordered stock can now be applied as the ordered quantity goes up.
"We provide regular updates to our software based on user feedback, the update is based on direct customer feedback. Time is a major factor in preparing invoices as it adds up, we aim to provide our customers to follow their own business rules without adding an additional time burden. Billy Sharp at FSF supplied the feedback and we worked through the update," announces Jon Walker, official representative of iMagic Soft. "This is a process that has been going on for some time and we believe it creates a better software product allowing users to better manage their inventory."
August updates included a new invoice style already adding to the list of pre-built invoices and custom invoice layout available for Microsoft Word. The new Invoice Style, 'Full Details with Categories', breaks down the invoice's items into category sections, important when the end customer has ordered a lot of smaller parts that can be easily lost in a long list.
This inventory control software creates invoices using the latest software technology providing efficient results in barcoding, stock inventory, reporting, security, invoicing, customer retainment and item reordering.
