HUMAN RESOURCES IS KEY TO EVERYTHING
The IATA Certificate of the International Air Transport Association, uniting 265 airlines in the program of training of air cargo agents is in a wide demand in the world market of aviation services and is one of decisive factors for the successful career growth in air cargo industry.
According to Cargo Resolutions of IATA, at least, two working competent specialists of the company should obtain the Diploma of IATA/FIATA introductory course and have the Certificate on the Dangerous goods received from IATA.
CARGO-EXPRESS, ACEX alliance member, made the decision to prove professionalism of the experts and to provide training for confirmation of their high-quality skills.
"Air cargo forwarding in the Russian Federation is not subject to special licensing”, - comments Aleksandra Chagina, CARGO EXPRESS deputy general director. - “On the contrary, foreign partners in the majority have the IATA code and the certified IATA staff which is the compulsory provision for conducting forwarding activities. Nevertheless, all managers of the company, pass the introductory course and take examinations for of IATA Certificate acquisition that confirms their professionalism".
Three experts of the aviation department of the company successfully passed the examination and gained IATA Cargo Introductory Course Diplomas in September 2016.
