New Office and Warehouse of ACEX in Finland Started its Operations
The high-tech warehouse, class A, of 1200 sq.m and 10 m high and new modern office of 260 sq.m started its operations in Helsinki - ACEX Representative in Finland (Optima Freight Oy).
The company board made the decision on extension as former resources did not allow to operate the freight traffic of the company clients through Helsinki.
The new warehouse gave new opportunities. The bigger storage space for pallets, the modern warehouse equipment and automation of loading and unloading are now available.
10 meters high racks give a possibility to organize multi-level storage of 420 pallets now, and it allows to process at least 12 trucks at a time.
The warehouse is situated directly in a zone of the international airport in Vantaa and has the entrance providing heavy-load transport movement, it is equipped with air conditioning system which is regulated depending on storage conditions of different cargo, the system of protection, video surveillance and the fire alarm.
ACEX Finland staff celebrated moving to new office of 260 sq.m. One of the innovations is the equipment of each workplace with the electrical desktop. Thanks to that employees can work both standing, and sitting, changing height and the directions of the desktop. Electrical desktops reduce appearance of chronic injuries (back, neck, joints) which office employees suffer from.
ACEX board director Miroslav Zolotarev visited the representative office of the consortium in Helsinki and congratulated Finnish colleagues with this significant event.
